Very close to the village of Portel des Corbières, at the foot of the Mediterranean and the pond of Peyriac de Mer, the 800 hectares of the estate culminate at an altitude of 300 m. The very hilly, steep terrain is planted with 100 hectares of vines. At the bottom of the valley winds a small river, La Berre, forming a natural water reserve. The Château de Lastours, with its 80 kilometers of private slopes with impressive vertical drop, is a dream for mechanical sports allowing you to prepare for competitions in the best conditions.

Hikes

On the handlebars of your quad or your SSV, you will follow the tracks of the Dakar to discover the domain of the Château de Lastours. Between vineyards and scrubland, the route taken will take you to discover magnificent views over the pond of Bages, the Mediterranean and the Pyrenees.

This 100 – 150 km hike is accessible to everyone and to all types of gear: sports quads, hikers quads.

Your level will be assessed in the school area of ​​the domain before departure, which will determine the paths on which you will ride : we will adapt! We will take rolling tracks and other more trialising ones.

The 4 × 4 driving school at Château de Lastours welcomes you to a unique site, designed so that you can progress in complete safety.

The supervision of 4 × 4 activities is provided by BPJEPS qualified instructors specializing in sport-mechanics, all-terrain mention (Professional Brevet for Youth, Popular Education and Sport).

Tracks

The slopes of the Château de Lastours domain are a real working tool. The area of ​​the estate and the diversity of our routes allow us to meet all your requirements according to your needs.

Over 80 km of tracks ranging from rolling for endurance tests to crossing for efficiency tests on hard, rocky ground and always passable whatever the weather and the time of year.

Specially designed to accommodate manufacturers and professional rally raid and WRC rally teams, the “Ecuries des Aladères” will offer you the greatest possible security and confidentiality. Indeed, these premises, somewhat removed from other buildings, will allow you to work in complete discretion.

The “Ecuries des Aladères” consist of a room that can accommodate around 30 people as well as an adjoining garage, the two parts being separated only by a bay window for more interactivity.
