TASTING NOTES
A real explosion of aromas of jammy wild black fruits, black pepper and garrigue (Roman, thyme and bay leaf). In its ample and expressive mouth, we find these wild black fruits. The coated tannins reveal aromas of spices and bay leaf. Good persistence in the finish.
FOOD AND WINE PAIRING
Summer grills, leg of lamb, venison stew, or roast veal with porcini mushrooms, as well as lightly aged cheeses
