• Kneading : the dough is homogenized
• Solid/liquid separation : centrifugation cold
• Separation of oil/water : by settling or centrifuge

Tasting
Aspect
Shiny dress with reflections of light green on a deep level.
Nose
Aromas soft and elegant, dominated by the green apple, almond and hazelnut.

Mouth

Storage : 2 to 3 years. Store between 8 and 15°C, protected from light.
