Vines aged 5 to 10 years
Coteaux argilo-calcareous and stony exposed to the rising sun, near the sea

Winemaking, farming
A direct pressing cold, followed by a low fermentation temperature.
A fine selection of the juice in the purpose of obtaining a beautiful aromatic complexity, full of freshness and structure.
Finally, the wines are aged for 3 months in stainless steel tanks on the lees.

As an aperitif and with all the specialties of the summer (olives, grilled meats, carpaccio, ham...),
but also throughout the year, with an exotic cuisine or asian.

Nose
Complex and fresh, combining white flowers, nectarine and red berries.

Mouth
The attack is centered on the small red fruit (indian gooseberry), and then reveals notes of nectarine, white flowers and grapefruit. Final fresh and saline.
