“Wine is made on the vine” as the saying goes, and Daniel Berthalon is the guardian or our vines. Daniel was born in the area and has worked on the vineyard for a number of years. He uses environmentally friendly methods and works according to the purest wine-making traditions to enable Château de Lastours wines to fully express themselves.
A graduate in oenology with a masters degree in agronomic sciences, Delphine Roulier has been our cellar master since 2004. Her academic qualifications and her feminine sensitivity make a major contribution to wine-making at Château de Lastours.

A warm welcome, friendly service and polished manners are never empty words where Landry Machenaud is concerned. Landry has a background in event management and is always ready to help. He is definitely the man for the job!
