The vineyard terrace, a hundred acres sits on a hilly area of 850 hectares, where there is a mixture olive trees (10 hectares), oleander, umbrella pine, cypress, and other trees in the mediterranean. Our vineyards are dotted in the heart of the garrigue and blend with the landscape units of the Corbières maritimes.

The winemaking cellar 1 400 m2 and the ageing cellar are among the most beautiful architectural achievements in the world of wine. Driven by a quest for excellence without compromise, the chai semi-buried in the Castle of Lastours has a circuit of production, perfectly organized, based on the severity. Designed in an eco-friendly approach of energy, it limit its impact on the environment by promoting the natural light and maintaining optimal temperatures thanks to the insulation and ventilation performance. Today, with a tool that combines design, ergonomics and advanced technology, it allows for a production of 500,000 bottles per year, of : wines, unique, fine and balanced, in the image of our passion.
