We offer Mediterranean cuisine inspired by local produce, prepared with fresh, seasonal ingredients. A cuisine designed to delight you and to perfectly complement our organic Languedoc wines and our Corbières AOP wines.
Vegetables grown a few kilometers away, carefully selected meats, Mediterranean fish, artisanal breads from the village of Portel-des-Corbières and olive oil and honey from our own estate make up a sincere and local selection.
