Vines, olive trees, and garrigue on a rolling estate of over 1,000 hectares
The terraced vineyard, covering about 100 hectares, stretches across a hilly estate of more than 1,000 hectares, where olive trees, oleanders, umbrella pines, cypresses, and other Mediterranean trees mingle. Our vines, planted on clay-limestone and stony hillsides, are scattered in the heart of the garrigue and blend into the rhythmic landscapes of Corbières maritimes, facing the Mediterranean. This high-altitude terroir shapes red, white, and rosé wines from the Languedoc region with a distinctive character, marked by freshness, spice and notes of garrigue.

The winery measuring 1,400 m² and the barrel cellar rank among the finest architectural achievements in the wine world. Driven by a quest for excellence, the semi-underground cellar of the Château de Lastours features a gravity-fed production circuit, designed with an energy-efficient approach: natural light, controlled temperatures, and high-performance insulation and ventilation. Equipped with a facility combining design, ergonomics, and cutting-edge technology, the wine estate can produce up to 500,000 bottles per year: AOP Corbières wines unique, refined, and well-balanced—just like the passion we devote to our organic vineyard in Languedoc.
